Context
Charred twig from Feature 14, redepsited charcoal in a natural depression from a nearby hearth. The date has a credibility level of None because it is probably an historic contaminant in a charcoal deposit older than 1100 RCYBP. A bulk charcoal sample from the feature provided a 14C date of 1100 +/- 50. See B-67704. Contained 5 utilized flakes and 40 pieces of debitage. The temporal affiliation is uncertain. The tools suggest biface and uniface resharpening, tool manufacture, scraping, cutting and spoke shave use.
