Comments
The sample, weighing 0.1g, is associated with a projectile point (side-notched) and flakes. Site contains more notched points and microblades. See Kunz 1986:244-249. Under dissecting scope, a few root hairs and scaly white mold or fungus were observed on surface of sample, which were picked clean as well as possible. Fungus (?) flaked off easily and cleanly and did not seem to penetrate the charcoal.
