Pit House 12, F-12a/central hearth OR ROOF FILL material??incos. w/architecture, artifacts, stratig. position p. 11 (Wood Charcoal-ALL DATES @ SITE w/structural. context dates only small twigs from roofing) Pit House 12, F-12a/central hearth, clay rimmed with a slab floor, 95 cm in dia., 12 cm deep. House was 6 m in dia., with the house basin excavated at least 80 cm. Some burned roof material present. House abandoned and there were a large number of artifacts on the floor including ceramics ( Emery, Sevier, Ivie Creek, Snake Valley, 2 Tusayan B/R, 1 Tusayan Polychrome, unidentified wares), ornaments, minerals, figurine fragments, large number of ground stone artifacts; 4 stone balls in fill.
