Context
Charcoal materials from Feature 4 hearth located in Unit B. This is the only locus on the site with Pottery and a dated hearth. Size of hearth is not given. It rests on bedrock and has several oxidized sandstone frags. The sample wastaken from protected positions under the sand stone frags. Assoc. ceramics are gray ware body sherds that have the appearance of the typical Fremont Gray Ware, except that the temper is sand. Unit B hearth, feature 4, with Douglas Creek Gray ware and Malad obsidian.
