- Charcoal from Feature 11 hearth, Unit C, the largest of the 2 rockshelters. This feature is considered to be part of the largest occupation--Fremont. This feature is a large hearth area underlying much of Stratum 10. Only artifact is a utilized flake. See Feature 5 hearth for a description of the strata.
