Context
**An Age is provided but does not comment if it is a conventional date** Sample from silt loam at 40 to 50 cmbs. Found during the mechanical scraping stage of the Phase III excavations. It was recovered approximately 10 cm south from 3 patches of burned earth that were within 30 cm of each other. Three White River side-notched projectile points were recovered in the same 10 cm level of this scrape unit, all within 10 m of this sample. Similar points have been associated with a C14 date of 6100 BP in a neighboring county.
