Comments
FbNp-VP, Saskatoon: Christiansen's observations of the stratigraphy of this site indicate that the fossiliferous sand belongs to the Floral Formation dated at a nearby test hole to >34,000 BP (S-426; S-VII). The inconsistent dates on mammoth bones and tusk fragments may reflect contamination by preservatives employed in the field.
