- AcHm-31, Van Bemmel: This small (40 x 15 m) site records an occupation early in the Younge phase of the Western Basin tradition. Cooper and Savage (1994: 98) report that all material was screened, and the screened residues were flotated. Only 9% of specimens were identifiable below class, and 76% were thermally altered. The findings are consistent with the interpretation of the site as a late autumn hunting camp. One osseous artifact was a worked antler tine.
