Comments
BhDc-2, Davidson Cove: This is a quarry and workshop site where Scots Bay chalcedony was mined and utilized. The Woodland affiliation suggested by the date is supported by the recovery of a small side-notched projectile point typical of the Late Ceramic period. All other artifacts thus far recovered from the area belong to the Middle or Late Ceramic period.
